Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all appointments be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Please note: Refunds will not be issued for completed services or for appointments paid in full.
